Transition Campaign

A 40-year-old LGFCU was becoming Civic Credit Union. Same commitment to the local government community, new, digital-first way of banking. People don’t like change, so we had 2 things to do: Let 400,000 members know what was happening and that everything would be great. And introduce them to a new brand that was completely committed to their local government community.
